- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and is dependent on weather conditions.
- The attached spa can be heated only when the entire pool is heated; both will have the same temperature.
- Pool heater may not function effectively in temperatures below 50F and no refund is provided if the desired temperature is not met.

- Place trash in the designated bin daily.
