- Self-catering: a small welcome kit is provided. Please visit the nearest supermarket for additional items needed during your stay.
- Pool heat is optional. Cost: $35 per day, minimum 2 consecutive days. Maximum temperature 95°F. Must be requested 48 hours in advance. The attached spa is not a hot tub and can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. The spa does not have jets. The heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. No refunds if desired temperature isn’t reached. Safety system may shut off the pump briefly to prevent overheating. Pool heating may not always be available.
- BBQ rental is optional. Cost: $75 for the entire stay.
- Trash disposal: place trash in the plastic bench daily to maintain a clean home.
- Housekeeping: no daily housekeeping is included. Unit is professionally cleaned before check-in with clean sheets and towels provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
- Online purchases: USPS will not deliver to vacation homes; packages will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx do deliver. Some resorts deliver to the clubhouse (fees may apply) and some may not accept deliveries at all. The property is not responsible for issues with online purchases.
- Additional charges apply when the owner has to fix something or pay for additional cleaning if not complied.

Ideally located close to many of Orlando's theme parks, Championsgate Resort offers a wide variety of fantastic amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Set within 900 acres, this luxury resort is home to an 18-hole championship golf course, a fully equipped gym, a games room and multiple sports courts. Guests can choose from a selection of swimming pools; kids will enjoy the waterslides and splash park whilst adults can float in the lazy river, or relax under a private cabana. An excellent retreat after a busy day at the parks, guests of Championsgate Resort will also have access to a movie theater, a range of shops and an impressive spa.
