Description

3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in harmony with nature located in Lurin.

Designed in traditional St.Barth style, the newly renovated Villa Marris is a place for living slowly, for allowing yourself to completely surrender to nature. There are many plants and flowers around, and of course there are the green hills of Lurin, leading down to the clear blue waters of St. Jean Bay.

Although it is easily accessed from the main road, Villa Marris also benefits from considerable privacy. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather and celebrate or lounge with friends or family, always with a connection to nature.

There is a cozy living room inside, with an indoor dining area and kitchen attached, complete with a breakfast nook where you can enjoy the view with your morning coffee. Outside, there is another, shaded living and dining area, with couches and a large dining table.

Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, next to the living room, and the third one is downstairs. Two of them have sea views, and the other looks out at the greenery in the back of the property. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs and air-conditioning.
