Ambiance

Villa Ambiance is an elegant 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom estate-style retreat in Sandy Ground, Saint Martin, welcoming up to 8 guests in spacious comfort. A palm-lined driveway leads to a private courtyard and garden, setting the tone for a relaxed island escape. Inside, the villa is open, airy and contemporary, with generous living spaces designed to make the most of the spectacular ocean views. Pocket doors connect the interior to the terraces, bringing in sea breezes and panoramic vistas, while air conditioning keeps the great room and bedrooms cool and comfortable. Each of the four equally sized bedrooms features a king-size bed, air conditioning and satellite TV, making this an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with deep covered terraces, open sundecks, comfortable lounging areas and dining spaces surrounding the main pool and lap pool. The large contoured pool blends beautifully with the lawn and gardens, creating a serene setting for sun-soaked days. Guests can enjoy alfresco meals from the BBQ grill, gather in the stylish bar area beside the chef-style kitchen, or relax in the courtyard dining space. The villa also offers WiFi, parking, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a TV, coffee maker and thoughtful support from a housekeeper, gardener and pool attendant. Designed with accessibility in mind, the property includes flat access to the pool area and some handicap-friendly bedrooms. Nearby, the Lowlands area is known for beautiful beaches such as Baie Longue, Baie aux Prunes and Baie Rouge, while Marigot is around 10 minutes away by car.
