Tahoe Donner Amenities

Each home is provided with a guest pass which allows exclusive access to Tahoe Donner (a nominal charge may apply for some activities). Activities available for guests include; Private beach on Donner Lake, two Tahoe Donner Clubhouses with pools, tennis courts, golf course (summer), snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing (winter). Tahoe Donner features a small market/deli, a restaurant (The Lodge), and Recreation Center. The Recreation Center offers a fitness center, hot tubs, a heated pool, and saunas.

Good to know

• The driveway is very steep. 4WD and/or snow chains are highly recommended in winter.
• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.
• Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
• Please note that during the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable
• This home does not have AC.
• 4 cars maximum can park onsite.
