House Rules

• No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• No pets allowed, except for service animals. Bringing undisclosed pets without approval will incur a $500 fine per pet.
• Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 guests, daytime occupancy is 9 guests.
• Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am; noise ordinances must be observed. Fines for violations can reach up to $10,000.
• Events or parties require prior written approval and may involve fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.

Use of Amenities

• Outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are prohibited due to wildfire risk. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000.
• During winter months, outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable.
• The communal pool at the recreation center requires an entrance fee.
• Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is prohibited. Vehicles parked all day will incur fines over $500.

Parking

• Two parking passes are provided for guests. Unreturned passes will incur a $50 charge.
• No street parking is allowed. Violations will result in fines of $1,000 and may lead to revocation of the permit after three violations.
