- Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval; unauthorized events will result in fines.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are enforced; breaking noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
- All exterior lights must be turned off after 10 PM in accordance with community rules.

- As a guest of Alpenglow Chalet, you'll also have access to the incredible amenities of the Tahoe Donner community.
- Tahoe Donner amenities such as pools and tennis courts require a $16 per person/per day fee for access; children under seven are free.
