House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed on the premises; violations will result in a $300 fee and liability for any damages.
• Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
• Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval; unauthorized events will result in fines.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are enforced; breaking noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
• All exterior lights must be turned off after 10 PM in accordance with community rules.
