- Outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are prohibited due to wildfire risk. Fines start at $5,000 for violations.
- Outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable during winter.

Parking
- Parking is designated for 1 car in front of the house on the right-hand side. The left spot is reserved for neighbors.
- Additional parking available in the lot before the bridge, requiring a parking pass for 1 car.
- Parking passes must be returned, with a $250 fee for non-return.
- No street parking allowed. Violations may result in fines starting at $1,000 and permit revocation after multiple infractions.

- Place all garbage in trash bins within the woodshed and ensure the door is tightly closed to prevent bear entry.
