Description

Situated in a privileged and elevated position along a track in an area known as Punta Lara Alta just outside of the stunning resort of Nerja, the villa offers spectacular and unspoilt views over the surrounding countryside, including the sea and coast.

Inside there is a large lounge and dining area which is tastefully furnished along with a separate, large and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge area where two twin bedrooms and a bathroom are located. Back on the ground floor there are two further bedrooms, both double, one with en-suite facilities plus a further shower room. Patio doors lead onto the inviting pool and barbecue area, perfect for soaking up both the sun and those fabulous views.

Nerja is a vibrant seaside town full of Spanish charm and sets the scene for a memorable villa holiday. The breath-taking Sierra de Tejeda mountains are the perfect backdrop to Nerja’s silky sand and pebbly cove beaches, all fronted by calming blue waters ideal for swimming. Take a stroll along the picturesque Balcon de Europa promenade or explore the towns famous caves.

Mobility Statement

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area and despite the villa building being located in an uneven ground without important steps around, the villa location is the top of a hill and the drive to the villa is complicated. The grounds outside the house is steeped (it's in a hill) To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself.
