Villa Desiderio is located outside Pistoia (8 km), in a quiet area and in a very secluded position. Set in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside, the property is surrounded by silvery expanses of olive trees and kissed by the sun all day; with large outdoor spaces it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The villa has two floors and is equipped with simple, elegant furnishings, with some pieces of Tuscan tradition. On the ground floor is a large open-plan area with numerous windows, connected to a large portico with the outdoor dining and living area, as well as a large kitchen. Going up to the first floor you will find the bedrooms with panoramic views. Just a few minutes away from this villa, surrounded by the green Tuscan countryside, is Pistoia where you will find one of the most beautiful historic city centres of Tuscany and where, in summer evenings, typical little restaurants set up their tables in the squares and streets of the historic centre. The proximity to the motorway exit gives the guest the opportunity of making trips to the most famous destinations in Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini Terme and the Tyrrhenian coast of Versilia, without forgetting nearby Vinci, birthplace of the great Leonardo da Vinci and Torre Del Lago, summer residence and source of inspiration of Maestro Giacomo Puccini.
