Villa Elisa is a beautifully restored Tuscan villa in San Filippo A Ponzano, set in a peaceful countryside location near Montecatini Terme and the protected Padule di Fucecchio wildlife area. Dating back to the 17th century, this elegant 450 sq m home blends historic character with modern comfort, showcasing traditional details such as terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, warm colours and artisan finishes. With 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, it welcomes up to 16 guests, making it a wonderful choice for families or groups looking to enjoy space, privacy and authentic Tuscan charm. The interiors include inviting living areas, a dining room, a Tuscan-style kitchen, fireplaces, TV corners and an exclusive apartment accessed from outside for larger groups.
