Use of Amenities

Pool heat is optional, requires a 48-hour notice, and will not exceed 95F; it operates with heat exchange and may not work in cold weather, with no refunds if temperature is not reached.
Pool heater has a safety shut-off in cold conditions to prevent overheating.
BBQ rental is available for the entire stay.
Be aware that the communal pool will be closed in September for resurfacing.
Online purchases through USPS will not be delivered; only UPS, DHL, and FedEx will accommodate deliveries to vacation homes. Delivery issues are not the responsibility of the property.
