Step outside and enjoy your own screened private pool, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a child safety fence for extra peace of mind. The converted garage games room adds even more entertainment with a pool table, arcade games, and its own TV. Guests also have access to an impressive range of resort-style amenities, including a large community pool with beach entry, a lazy river, waterslide, jacuzzi, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, soccer field, tennis court, beach volleyball, walking trails, and poolside cabanas. Parking
- A maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted for the home.
- Vehicles must be parked only in approved areas; parking on the street, sidewalk, or grass is not allowed.
- Overflow parking may be available, but spaces are unassigned and cannot be guaranteed.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats are not permitted within the community.
- Vehicles that do not follow community parking rules may be towed at the guest’s expense.
Pool and Amenities
- The private pool includes a child safety fence for added peace of mind.
- The attached spa is not a hot tub; it can only be heated together with the pool, does not have jets, and will be the same temperature as the pool.
- When pool heating is in use, the water temperature does not exceed 95°F.
- Pool heating operates through a heat-exchange system, so performance may be reduced in cold weather and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
During Your Stay
- The home is self-catering, so guests should plan to purchase any additional supplies needed for their stay.
- Please place rubbish in the plastic bench each day to help maintain a clean and tidy home.
- Daily housekeeping is not provided during the stay.
- Additional charges may apply if extra cleaning is required or if repairs are needed due to failure to follow the house guidelines.
Deliveries
- Standard postal deliveries may not be accepted at vacation homes and may be returned to sender.
- Courier deliveries may be possible, though some communities direct packages to a central location and acceptance is not always guaranteed.
