Set in Orlando, this spacious 9-bedroom, 7-bathroom vacation home offers 4,594 sq. ft. of contemporary comfort for up to 22 guests. Designed with large families and groups in mind, the home features an expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with stylish furnishings, generous sofa seating and an oversized flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators and two dishwashers, making group meals easy, while the large dining table provides plenty of space to gather together.
Entertainment is a highlight throughout the home. Challenge friends in the retro-style games room with a pool table and foosball, or head upstairs to enjoy movie nights in the log cabin-inspired theater room. Outside, the private pool and spa deck is perfect for relaxing in the Florida sunshine, with sunloungers, lounge seating, a covered lanai and an alfresco dining area overlooking landscaped garden views. Sleeping arrangements include six king bedrooms, a fun go-kart themed bedroom with bunk and double beds, a twin bedroom and a double-bed room, giving everyone space to unwind. Guests can also enjoy practical comforts such as air conditioning, WiFi, central heating, laundry facilities, bedding and towels, plus TVs in most bedrooms. The resort community adds even more to enjoy, including access to a clubhouse, arcade, fitness center, community pool and lazy river, with Orlando’s popular attractions, restaurants, shopping and golf courses within easy driving distance.
Please Note: Renovation works to the Lazy River, swimming pool and hot tub will be taking place at Solterra Resort from September through mid-December, 2026. During this period, these amenities may be unavailable for guest use. Please inquire with a Sales Agent for more information.

Would stay again for sure
The home is beautiful and spacious with very modern furnishings. The home was well equipped with what we needed, the bath towels were nicely folded on the bed upon arrival. Having two refrigerators was just what we needed with such a big family. The mgmt company was very responsive to emails and text. There were a few minor issues which were resolved quickly. Would stay again for sure.

The house was beautiful and the description was just what they said it would be. My family and I had a wonderful time and loved the home. The amenities that were listed were all there and everything that we needed was not far away. All and all the home as well as the area was very nice and we would love to stay here again.
