We had a great stay here. Easy check-in/out process. Florida Vacations Rental was informative and checked up on us if we needed anything. We saw the balcony wasn't available in a previous review back in Dec. 2022 but figured this "maintenance" would be completed by April 2023 but that wasn't the case so that was disappointing. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 kids (3 and 5) and it worked out perfectly. The place was very big for just the 4 of us. Parking is located directly in front of the condo, which was nice that we didn't have to carry things very far. They only provided 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for six days and barely had enough so it'd be nice if there was a little more based on the length of stay. Waterpark you have to drive too which wasn't bad but the parking next to the waterpark is a bit of a walk with the kids and the waterpark entrance is tough to find initially. Kids had fun at the mini-golf and I was able to get to play 9 holes at the Nicklaus course. Wifi password that was provided was correct but the Wifi name was wrong on the paper that was provided to us. The thermostat is located on the lower level so it was plenty cool on the lower level but quite hot on the upper level in the master bedroom. It's about 25 minutes to Disney (depending on traffic). The unit was clean and very nicely decorated. We would definitely think about coming back as we had a great time here.
