Description

This beautiful 6-bedroom 5-bathroom beach house is located right across the street from the world famous Destin beach and has enough space to sleep up to 21 guests. The house is set across 3 levels, each with their own living area and outside space, making this home a great choice for a large group gathering. On the ground floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms, an open-plan living and dining area and a kitchenette. Head upstairs to the second floor where you will find the main living and dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a master suite. The third floor offers another master suite with a private balcony that enjoys views over the pool area and a kid-friendly bunk room. Outside, there is an expansive covered terrace with an alfresco dining area and a ping pong table, a large private pool, sunloungers and a BBQ.

* Excellent location; close to grocery store and easy walk to the beach * Clean, well-maintained, spacious * Umbrella and chairs on the beach were a bonus * Detailed instructions clearly posted in the home * Golf Cart vs Beach Cart - Perhaps I misunderstood, but I thought this specific property came with a golf cart. The patriarch client is 83 and was looking forward to using a golf cart for ease in getting around.
