The space opens up onto the terrace, which has an infinity-edge pool and a covered area for lounging and dining. An unusual feature of the terrace is a television hidden in the floor, which can be elevated when you want to watch something or concealed so that you don't notice it at all.

One of the bedrooms is to the right side of the living room, and the other two are to the left but they do not connect. All have full walls of glass, access to the terrace, ocean views, and ensuite bathrooms with a lot of natural light.
