Viewtop is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa which benefits from several owner designed upgrades over and above the standard villa specification including; air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms and also in the living open-plan living area, along with ceilings fans in all rooms and over the covered patio area outside the full width bi-folding doors to the rear of the property.
The villa features extended master bedroom which has allowed for a large work desk and seating area, along with a colour printer for those who need to work with some privacy while vacationing. The master bedroom is accompanied by a spacious en-suite bathroom that has a full sized fitted bathtub that sits alongside a large walk-in standing shower, with a rain shower head as well as a hand held shower.
Outside there is a mega 26-foot swimming pool, which is the creme de la creme of the home. Powered remote automatic awnings have been fitted on the border to the uncovered aspect of the deck.
Stunningly decorated throughout, and tastefully furnished by the owners for your vacationing comfort, this 3 bedroom villa is a treat within the development. A 2nd, shared, bathroom with an over sized walk-in shower and vanity is available for use of bedrooms 2 and 3 for your guests.

Westmoreland Hills, is a boutique luxury gated and monitored development of 45 villas, with night security, has a large communal swimming pool with loungers, a grab-and-go cafe and a well-equipped air-conditioned gym. The elevated position of the development means there are sea views for all of the tiered villas. It is also close to the West Coast, but still inland enough to have space around without being directly in the hustle and bustle of the popular Holetown.
