This home comes with Social Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities with the exception of the golf course (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January). Tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable. Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.

Please Note: Effective 1st May 2026, all guests age 16+ staying in a Royal Westmoreland home with either Social or Full Membership will be required to pay a fee of US $10 per person, per day at the time of registration to collect their cards to gain access to the amenities. Payments are to be made to Royal Westmoreland directly by guests.
