Royal Westmoreland Fee

Royal Westmoreland fee has come into effect on 1st of May 2026. This is a weekly charge applicable to house guests.

The weekly rates are as follows:

• 1-2 Bedroom Properties: Bds$200.00 per week
• 3 Bedroom Properties: Bds$250.00 per week
• 4+ Bedroom Properties: Bds$300.00 per week

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach (Hurricane Beryl)

Please be aware that due to damages sustained during Hurricane Beryl, Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach is closed indefinitely. Updates will be provided as they are received.

• The beach is open and guests can get a chair, umbrella and towel from the beach attendants as necessary.
• Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards.
• Bathroom facilities are located across the street and are separate from Singita's bathroom.
• SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly wth SeaShed for changes to opening days/times), providing an option for meals and drinks (additional costs apply).
