The main house has 4 Bedrooms with a patio overlooking the water. The whole house is air conditioned and because the house has solar panels all electricity is included in the rental price. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. There is a family TV room which can be closed off from the rest of the house and from the living room patio you enter the outside patio which boasts an 8 person outside dining table, a huge tiki hut with complete outdoor kitchen - every grill master's dream! Lounge chairs on the waterfront sand area, which leads to the private pier with sun deck. A special feature are 2 canoes which you can use from the pier. Located right at the ocean in the low key fishing town of Savaneta. Huge drive way/parking, sleeps 9, air conditioned, fully equiped kitchen, private beach and a private pier. Stunning sunset views! The villa has the perfect combination between luxury and laid back Island style living. Situated between the popular Flying Fishbone restaurant and Zeerovers fish market / restaurant.
