Aruba 35 is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront retreat in Savaneta, set in the De Bruynewijk area of Aruba and designed for relaxed island living. With 4,500 sq. ft. of space and room for up to 9 guests, this single-level villa is ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy the sand, sea and sunshine in comfort. Inside, the home features air conditioning throughout, a welcoming living room with a large sectional, cable TV and a smart TV, plus a beautifully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. Dining is easy with both a kitchen island and a nearby dining table for casual meals together.

The sleeping layout offers a king-size primary bedroom with seating, storage and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, plus a twin bedroom, two queen bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the common room. Outdoors, the setting is the true highlight: enjoy ocean views, sandy surroundings, palm-fringed scenery, a patio, garden or backyard space, sun loungers, outdoor seating, a BBQ grill and an outdoor kitchen. A private pier with a boat slip adds to the coastal charm, creating a memorable place to unwind by the water.
