Denver Airport is 95 miles to the east of Breckenridge, and it takes around2 hours to drive between them. You can either rent a car, take a public bus, or ge the shuttle between Denver and Breckenridge.
Breckenridge is small and compact, so driving around the resort itself is no problem. There are also a great number of scenic routes through the Rocky Mountains that make for incredible day trips into the Colorado landscape.
One thing to be aware of is the amount of snow and ice that will likely be around during the winter, and sometimes well into springtime. This poses a challenge for driving, particularly on the mountain roads.

Taxis are not that common in Breckenridge, but there are a couple of companies that you can arrange a ride with if you need one. High Mountain Taxis and Jakes Mountain Shuttle are locally recommended, or you can use Uber.
