Description
Its origins go back three centuries but numerous works of renovation over the years have turned it into a cosy country home: Casa Torrione, whose characteristic is represented by the so-called “torrione” or small tower that stands sentry over the building is, in fact, the first farmhouse outside the town of Paciano, a borgo categorized among the most beautiful in Italy and surrounded by the splendid nature of the Umbrian region; the historic town centre is just 5 minutes by foot from the property. You just need to cross the gate into the property to find yourself in the silence of a large, well-tended garden where you can relax outdoors and with a panoramic swimming pool for your exclusive use: in the centre towers the austere stone structure of the house (which is completed by a small annex, once used as a barn) with inside two large living areas that open out on to the garden, one designated as the lounge and the other as the dining room, and classically-styled bedrooms with antique cupboards and chests and wrought-iron beds, to accommodate up to 14 people.
