Entertainment is a major highlight, with a private home theater featuring tiered seating for memorable movie nights, plus a lively games room with a pool table, shuffleboard, bubble hockey, a classic arcade game and oversized word-game wall décor. Outside, the private resort-style pool, hot tub, chaise lounges, garden views and BBQ area set the scene for sunny afternoons and easy evenings at home. Access to Encore water-park and transportation are not included in this rental (due to resort restrictions) You’ll find the exclusive community of Encore to be conveniently located minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you’ll be able to handle. Stroll the well-manicured grounds of the resort and find beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars, and many cozy seating areas. Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions. Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.

A good time was had by all!
We booked this property for an 80th birthday party which included 15 adults. There was plenty of space to gather for dinner, play games, hang out by the pool, etc. Host was awesome and very quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up. The location was convenient to all attractions and the airport. Check in was extremely easy. Would recommend this property for any large gathering. A good time was had by all!
