Use of Amenities and Facilities

• Pool heat is set to 80 degrees; higher temperatures may damage the pool or spa equipment
• The pool and spa share one heater, so only one can be heated at a time
• Using the spa may temporarily lower the pool temperature
• Outdoor weather conditions may affect pool and spa heating
• The bathroom located in the garage does not have heating or cooling

• Exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring are in place in common areas, with cameras located by the front entry
• Wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present; guests should be mindful about leaving doors and windows open
• The property is accessed by a compacted dirt road, which may have dips and bumps that can be challenging for low-clearance vehicles
• Due to the remote location, unannounced power outages may occur
• Road construction is currently underway in the neighborhood, though access to the home is not affected
