Sleeping up to 16 guests, the villa features eight double bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with six bedrooms benefiting from en-suite or private facilities. The interiors blend exposed stone and warm wood with clean contemporary design, creating bright, elegant living spaces across two separate residential units. • The pool area can be reached via garden steps or an alternative paved path
• From 2026, the owner will occupy the first floor with an independent entrance; guests will share only the driveway and parking area, while the park and pool remain for guest use
• The external pool kitchen, multipurpose room, and some annex facilities are available on request
