Antica Villa Merelli is a magnificent 16th-century manor house in the heart of Tuscany, set on a small hill near Monte San Savino and within easy reach of Arezzo. Beautifully restored with marble floors, sandstone details, frescoed ceilings and hand-painted doors, this elegant estate combines historic character with welcoming modern comfort. With 12 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and space for up to 24 guests, it is ideal for large families or groups. The accommodation includes the main three-storey villa and a nearby annex divided into two independent apartments, offering a generous total area of 1000 sq.mt. Inside, guests can enjoy refined living spaces, multiple dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, satellite TV, bedroom air conditioning, ceiling fans, laundry facilities, a piano, books, board games and a foosball table.

The grounds are just as impressive, spanning a beautiful estate with vineyard, olive grove, orchard and a fenced garden filled with centuries-old oaks, lawns, roses and rosemary hedges. Days can be spent beside the 25-metre private saltwater pool with infinity edge, sun loungers, gazebos and a shaded jasmine pergola, or enjoying the tennis court, table tennis and children’s play areas. Outdoor living is a highlight, with alfresco dining spaces, a barbecue and peaceful shaded spots for long Tuscan lunches and relaxed evening meals. Pet-friendly and surrounded by countryside, the villa offers a serene base for exploring Tuscany, with Florence, Siena, Cortona, Chianti, Montepulciano, Montalcino and the thermal springs of Rapolano Terme all within reach.
