Parking

- Parking is only allowed in designated areas and is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped spaces.
- Vehicles should be parked safely, without double-parking or creating an obstruction.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, and other recreational vehicles are not allowed.
- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.
Pool and Spa Use
- The attached spa is part of the pool system and does not operate as a jacuzzi, as it does not have jets.
- The spa can only be heated when the full pool is heated, and both will remain at the same temperature.
- Pool heat is weather dependent and may be less effective during colder conditions.
- For safety, the heating system may pause temporarily in cold weather and may occasionally be unavailable.
- When heated, the pool temperature will not exceed 95°F.
Housekeeping and Waste
- Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
- Please place rubbish in the plastic bench each day to help keep the home tidy.
Deliveries
- Standard postal deliveries may not be accepted at vacation homes and can be returned to the sender.
- Courier deliveries may be accepted depending on the resort’s procedures, though acceptance is not guaranteed.
