Pool, Spa and Resort Facilities
- Pool and spa heating is only available from October through March and must be arranged before arrival.
- Heating can take 24 to 48 hours to reach temperature, and performance may be reduced when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F.
- The pool and spa share the same system, so spa heat is only available when pool heating is active.
- The spa does not reach the same temperatures as a traditional hot tub.
- The private pool is serviced every Monday and may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during maintenance.
- Resort facilities, including the water park, pool, hot tub, fitness center, and welcome areas, operate during set daily hours.
Grill Use
- If using a rented grill, it must be placed on the grass rather than on the patio.
- Additional cleaning charges may apply if grill use results in damage or excessive mess.
Property Notes
- The home is self-catering, with only a limited starter supply of essentials provided at the beginning of the stay.
- On-site surveillance cameras are present at the property.
