Parking

Pool and Spa Use
- Pool and spa heating is only available from October through March and must be arranged before arrival for the full stay.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the pool and spa to reach temperature after heating is arranged.
- The spa and pool operate on a shared system, so spa heating is available only when pool heat is active.
- Heating is not available from April through September.
- During cooler weather, especially when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F, heating performance may be reduced.
- Weekly pool service takes place on Mondays and may affect access for up to 3 hours.
- The spa is designed for relaxation, but it does not heat to traditional hot tub temperatures.
- Spa jets circulate the water, though bubbling may be gentler than expected due to equipment design.
Grill Use
- There is no grill provided at the home.
- If guests arrange a grill separately, it should be used on the grass rather than on the patio.
- Additional cleaning charges may apply if grill use results in damage or excessive mess.
Resort facilities
Windsor Hills is an impressive gated community offering an array of first-rate facilities. It has a large lagoon-style swimming pool with a water slide and a hot tub, plus a poolside ping-pong table and a Tiki bar. There is an outdoor recreation area equipped with tennis courts, sports courts and a golf putting green. Guests will also full access to the grand clubhouse which is home to a games arcade, a movie theater, a fitness room and a sundry shop.
