This is a self-catering stay, with starter supplies provided for the first day only and not replenished.
Basic kitchenware is included, but food items and pantry basics such as seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not supplied.

Parking

Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation.
Street parking is not permitted.

Pool, Spa and Outdoor Use

Pool and spa heating is seasonal and not available from April through September.
When available, heating may take 24 to 48 hours and can be less effective in cooler weather.
The pool and spa share the same water system, so spa heating is only available when pool heat is in use.
The spa does not heat to hot tub temperatures, and the jets may provide gentle circulation rather than strong bubble action.
The pool is serviced every Monday and may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during maintenance.
If a grill is used, it must be placed on the grass rather than on the patio.
Additional charges may apply in cases of damage or excessive cleaning related to grill use.

Exterior surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance and on the property.

Windsor Hills is an impressive gated community offering an array of first-rate facilities. It has a large lagoon-style swimming pool with a water slide and a hot tub, plus a poolside ping-pong table and a Tiki bar. There is an outdoor recreation area equipped with tennis courts, sports courts and a golf putting green. Guests will also full access to the grand clubhouse which is home to a games arcade, a movie theater, a fitness room and a sundry shop.
