Pool, Spa and Outdoor Use

• Pool and spa heating is seasonal and not available from April through September.
• When available, heating may take 24 to 48 hours and can be less effective in cooler weather.
• The pool and spa share the same water system, so spa heating is only available when pool heat is in use.
• The spa does not heat to hot tub temperatures, and the jets may provide gentle circulation rather than strong bubble action.
• The pool is serviced every Monday and may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during maintenance.
• If a grill is used, it must be placed on the grass rather than on the patio.
• Additional charges may apply in cases of damage or excessive cleaning related to grill use.
