- Please place trash in the bin daily to maintain a clean home.
- No daily housekeeping service is included; mid-stay cleaning can be requested for a fee.
- Be aware that additional charges will apply if the owner has to fix something or pay for additional cleaning due to non-compliance with the rules.
- Access to community amenities such as the pool, hot tub, tennis court, fitness room, kids playroom, and beach volley court is optional and charged at $100 per day per home.
- BBQ rental is available for a fee.
- Note that for online purchases, USPS will not deliver to this vacation home, but UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will. Ensure proper arrangements to avoid issues with package deliveries.
