No daily housekeeping service is included; mid-stay cleaning can be requested for a fee.
Be aware that additional charges will apply if the owner has to fix something or pay for additional cleaning due to non-compliance with the rules.
Access to community amenities such as the pool, hot tub, tennis court, fitness room, kids playroom, and beach volley court is optional and charged at $100 per day per home.
