- Pets are not permitted. A pet found on the premises incurs a $500 non-refundable fee and possible eviction.
- Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed, including at the Clubhouse. Violations may result in eviction and forfeiture of payments.
- Maximum occupancy must be respected; unauthorized commercial activities or large gatherings are prohibited.
Use of Amenities
- Guests should use the clubhouse respectfully; specific rules are posted inside.
- Swimming is at your own risk as no lifeguards are present. Bring your own towels for pool use, as bath towels are not allowed at poolside.
- Hot tubs are for enjoyment only, without using regular bathing products. Hot tub covers must remain on when not in use to avoid extra charges or damages.
Neighborhood and Property Care
- Respect neighborhood and Homeowner’s Association rules; violations may result in fines and possible eviction.
- Guests are responsible for property damage, which must be reported immediately. Any damage not reported will incur fees.
- Ensure the property is left tidy upon departure; extra cleaning or damages will result in additional charges.
Noise and Security
- Smart technology may be employed to monitor noise. Excessive noise leading to complaints may incur a $500 charge plus any law enforcement fines.
- The property may have exterior security cameras for safety and compliance.
Miscellaneous
- The lead guest must be 21 years or older and must be present during the stay. Providing false information can lead to eviction.
