- No pets, parties, or smoking allowed.
- Parking is free; ensure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not permitted.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is optional, requires a minimum of 5 consecutive days, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. The pool is heated through heat exchange and will not operate effectively in cold weather (below 50°F).
- The spa is not a hot tub and will share the pool's temperature. No refunds if desired temperatures are not reached.
- Grills must be cleaned after use, or a $50 charge will apply. It is the guest's responsibility to check if the grill is available and to replenish the propane tank if needed.
- Solterra Resort amenities include a clubhouse, lazy river, water slides, fitness center, and more, accessible with a fee.
