No smoking allowed on the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
A maximum of 2 pets is allowed with a fee. Undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a fine of $500 per pet.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
Unauthorized events or parties are not permitted. Violations will incur fines.

Use of Amenities

Guests have full exclusive access to the upper floor, rooftop patio, and balcony only. Use or movement of the lower-level patio and its furnishings is not allowed.
Laundry room should be locked at all times, even when loads are running, and not left unattended.

Parking Details

Guests are allowed to park in any spaces except the two closest to the garbage bins, which are reserved for downstairs tenants.
