Description
This is a tastefully furnished 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home located in the Encore Resort only a short drive from Disney World offers enough room for 12 guests. Inside, it offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a loft area lounge area with comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, home theater, themed rooms and air conditioning throughout. Outside you will find a large private pool with a hot tub, comfortable sun loungers and a covered lanai with an alfresco dining area.
Located in the upscale Encore Resort, guests will have access to a range of facilities including a luxury clubhouse, water park, fitness center, sports courts and complimentary transfers to the theme parks. In addition, guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning from 7-10am at the on-site restaurant, featuring favorites such as scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, coffee, and more.

Great Resort
This villa on the Encore Resort was absolutely perfect for our party of 10 which included three children. The villa had six bedrooms all with en-suites, and a separate downstairs toilet with an outdoor shower. The pool was perfect with a 3 ft end for the smaller children and 5 ft end for the ‘big kids’! The villa was perfectly located on the resort to use a rear entrance/exit which allowed a quick route to one of the local supermarkets. Facilities on the resort were excellent with large water slides and pools and during our stay they offered a free breakfast every day which was a bonus. Transport to the theme parks were used but some trips had many stops which made them lengthy. However a taxi ride from Disney parks to the resort was only $25-35 so much better option and only a 15 minute trip. All in all a great villa, with great facilities and perfect location for our visits to Disney.

Excellent Experience! We rented a house at the Encore Reunion Resort in Orlando and had a wonderful experience. The house was amazing: fully equipped, clean, and very well-maintained. The Top Villas team was exceptional, providing all the necessary support from the first contact to the end of our stay. Without a doubt, we will rent more houses with Top Villas in the future. Highly recommended!
