- Parties or events require prior written approval and are subject to an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will result in fines.
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed with prior approval. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
Parking Regulations
- Only 4 cars can be parked in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted, and violations may result in fines starting at $1,000 and potential revocation of the parking permit.
Use of Amenities
- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is prohibited. Parking is only allowed while using the facilities, with fines over $500 for non-compliance.
Damage Protection
- Accidental damage protection covers up to $2,000 of accidental damage but excludes intentional acts or negligence. Any damages caused by pets are not covered.
