• Events or parties require prior written approval and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heating is available upon request at least 48 hours prior to stay, excluding summer months (April 1 - October 31).
• The boat lift is not available for guest use.
