- Smoking is prohibited inside the house; however, guests may smoke in external areas such as the balcony and pool area. A fine of $250 applies for indoor smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties are not permitted on the property.
- Additional charges apply if the owner must repair damage or require extra cleaning due to non-compliance with rules.
Use of Amenities
- The property features a private pool with a spa (not a jacuzzi). Guests should note that the heater is optional, requires advance notice, and will not operate effectively in cold weather.
- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and is subject to specific conditions, including a minimum two-day rental.
- Use of the private BBQ is available for rent.
- Housekeeping services are not provided daily; however, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Guests are expected to adhere to trash disposal guidelines by observing collection days and utilizing resort dumpsters daily.
- Complimentary initial supplies are provided. Guests should purchase additional personal toiletries and meal ingredients upon arrival.
Delivery and Online Purchases
- Guests should be aware that USPS does not deliver to vacation homes. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx will deliver.
