Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and costs $35 per day with a 2-day minimum; the temperature will not exceed 95°F and it may not work in cold weather without being eligible for a refund.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will have the same temperature as the pool.
- BBQ rental is available for $100 per week.
Important Information
- House is self-catering; minimal complimentary supplies are provided.
- Wash towels are considered disposable, so guests should bring their own.
- Trash should be disposed of daily in the resort dumpster.
- Online purchases using USPS will not be delivered; only UPS, DHL, and FedEx are supported.
Penalties
- Additional charges will apply if extra cleaning or repairs are needed due to non-compliance with the rules.
