- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not permitted.
- Street parking is prohibited.
- Parking on grass or blocking the sidewalk is not allowed.
- Limit of 5 cars per house.
- Cars parked in unauthorized zones or without permission may be towed at the owner's expense.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available but must be requested 48 hours in advance. The temperature will not exceed 95F and it is not available during cold weather.
- BBQ rental is optional.
- The attached spa is not a hot tub and will only be heated if the pool is heated. Both will be at the same temperature and there are no jets in the spa.
Additional Information
- The home is self-catering, and guests should purchase additional items as needed from a nearby supermarket.
- Trash should be placed in the plastic bench daily to maintain a clean environment.
- There are no daily housekeeping services, but mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
- Online purchases via USPS will not be delivered. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to vacation homes. Delivery policies vary by resort, and additional fees may apply.
