- Smoking is prohibited; violations result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for damages.
- Pets, including emotional support animals, are not permitted. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per animal.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events and parties require prior written approval; unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Use of Amenities
- Guests need their own beach/pool towels as they are not provided.
- Beach chairs and toys are not included, though a $250 gear credit can be used post-booking for stays between 4-28 nights.
- Pelican Bay pool is accessible with a pass from May to September; it is not heated.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Access to Wild Dunes amenities like golf, tennis, or spa requires separate reservations.
Parking and Vehicle Restrictions
- Two parking passes are provided for the property.
- One car can be parked under the house, and one in the shared driveway.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed in Wild Dunes.
Damage Protection
- An accidental damage protection plan covers up to $2000 in damages except for intentional acts or those involving pets.
