• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
• Events and parties require prior written approval; unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.

Use of Amenities

• Guests need their own beach/pool towels as they are not provided.
• Beach chairs and toys are not included, though a $250 gear credit can be used post-booking for stays between 4-28 nights.
• Pelican Bay pool is accessible with a pass from May to September; it is not heated.

Parking and Vehicle Restrictions

• Two parking passes are provided for the property.
