- No smoking inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets are allowed, confined to a maximum of 2. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to a fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond the bed count. Tri-fold floor mattresses and additional linens are available upon request.
- Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited and incur fines. Prior written approval and additional fees are required for any events or parties.
- The property enforces strict quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Violating noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Note that pool heating is unavailable from May to September.
- The garage is not available to guests; however, the driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, and there is limited street parking without restrictions.
