- Wash towels are considered personal items, and it is recommended that guests bring their own. Other towels will be provided in proportion to the number of guests
- No daily housekeeping service is included, but mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee
- Online purchases via USPS will not be delivered. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx are accepted; confirm delivery details with the property if necessary
Pool Heater
- Pool heating costs $45 per day with a 3-day minimum and must be requested 48 hours in advance
- Pool temperature will not exceed 95°F
- Pool heaters do not work efficiently in cold weather; no refunds will be provided if the desired temperature is not reached under such conditions

Family nurses' appreciation week
This was our first time being in a house this big! we were very excited when it was our time to enter the house, we didn't know which way to go the neighbors were friendly and helpful I'm hoping we can do this again or maybe they will try with their family my Our biggest helper was NAOMI OSBOURNE she always responded and was happy to answer our question the atmosphere was very welcome you can feel it in the air when entering the grounds I'm very happy that I was referral to your grounds

Awesomely themed-rooms
Our entire group loved this house. It had meticulously themed rooms for those on the younger side, and also standard (non-themed) rooms for the adults. We loved how many bathrooms there are in the property because we had a large group and it allowed many of us to have private bathrooms. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for large groups (e.g. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, etc.). We had a lot to do on our trip so we didn't spend a great deal of time at the house, but when we did, the decked-out game room was a hit, as was the pool. We would definitely book this property again.
