Use of Amenities
- Guests are responsible for observing trash collection days and ensuring trash is placed in the resort dumpster daily
- Certain complimentary supplies are provided initially, but guests should purchase additional personal toiletries and groceries as needed
- Wash towels are considered personal items, and it is recommended that guests bring their own. Other towels will be provided in proportion to the number of guests
- No daily housekeeping service is included, but mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee
- Online purchases via USPS will not be delivered. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx are accepted; confirm delivery details with the property if necessary
Pool Heater
- Pool heating costs $45 per day with a 3-day minimum and must be requested 48 hours in advance
- Pool temperature will not exceed 95°F
- Pool heaters do not work efficiently in cold weather; no refunds will be provided if the desired temperature is not reached under such conditions
