Description

Even Keel is a professionally designed oceanfront villa located in a quiet, gated community in West Bay, Grand Cayman. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, there is room for the entire family to spread out and relax in this tranquil bit of paradise. The great room boasts custom Restoration Hardware furniture, a sitting room, and bar area, smart TV and a giant scrabble for hours of family fun. The open-plan kitchen features custom cabinetry, a gas range, and plenty of space to entertain. The ground floor also includes a large bunk/rec room for the kids with full over full bunks, ensuite bath, foosball, smart TV, and Xbox gaming console. Upstairs you will find 2 oceanfront suites, the King master with its ocean view ensuite bathroom, and a Queen bedroom with an ensuite bath. A children's room with a Full-size Captain's bed rounds out the second floor. Outdoors, immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the beach and Caribbean Sea on your private pool deck with a lounge area and swimming pool.
