The Sands Penthouse is a brand new luxury 4-bedroom residence located on Seven Mile Beach, just north of the Kimpton Resort. It offers convenient access to grocery stores, restaurants, luxury resorts, and a range of water sports and excursions.
This third floor penthouse is one of six spacious 4-bedroom corner residences within the development. It features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto a large glass-railed balcony with ocean views. The property includes two complimentary underground parking spaces and elevator access.
Guests have access to a shared rooftop area with one of the largest rooftop pools on Grand Cayman, a fitness centre, yoga space, private cabanas, and panoramic views over Seven Mile Beach. There is also a gated beachfront sundeck with loungers, umbrellas, and direct beach access.
